BLOOD ORANGE & ROSEMARY MARGARITA
60ml tequila
20ml lime juice
20ml blood orange juice
22ml rosemary syrup*
Sea salt (rim)
Place all liquid ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 12 seconds. Double strain over ice in a rock glass that has a salty rim. Garnish with rosemary sprig and blood orange wheel.
*rosemary syrup
Place 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar with three sprigs of rosemary and the peel of a blood orange. Bring to boil and then let gently simmer for 8 minutes. Steep overnight and then strain before using.
