Recipe is for one serving. Times by the amount you would like to make.

1 cup water

4 tbl sp dutch cocoa powder

5 tbl sp caster sugar

Pinch salt

30ml whisky or liqueur of choice

Garnish: Toasted marshmallows

Place all ingredients except for whisky into a pot and whisk together. Place on medium heat and bring to a steaming heat, you want it nice and hot. Whisk the entire time, helping everything come together. Add in whisky and whisk in and take off heat.

Pour into heat resistant cups and top with torched marshmallows.
